About A'laf Al Wadi
A’laf Al Wadi was initially established in 1984 to complete Wadi Group’s semi-vertically integrated system with the aim of providing Wadi poultry flocks with the desired nutritional plant-based supplement to ensure their healthy breeding to help achieve the highest performance levels from Katkoot El Wadi day-old-chicks (DOCs). Throughout the years A’laf Al Wadi has conducted extensive research and development to create feed formulas that are nutritionally balanced to meet the dietary requirements of poultry in terms of energy, proteins and minerals to maintain the desired growth rate for the flocks. The complete nutrient formulation is based on the corn/soya diet which is free from animal-based feed additives and is entirely produced from naturally-based plant fibers. After years of using A’laf Al Wadi feed for the group’s poultry flocks, in 2005, the company began selling its commercial broiler feed to other poultry producers in the market in an attempt to contribute to the development of the Egyptian poultry industry, and extending the group’s extensive knowledge and expertise to other poultry producers to help them overcome the challenges they were facing. By 2006, A’laf Al Wadi managed to feed over 62 million commercial broilers in the market with the “8cycle” commercial broiler feed.
